The platform delivers an integrated, end-to-end workflow for dispatch, safety, accounting, carrier management, and driver operations—supported by role-based access control (RBAC) for accountants, dispatchers, drivers, and safety personnel.

Core capabilities include load dispatch and scheduling, safety and DOT compliance, automated payroll with fuel mapping, fuel management, IFTA reporting, billing, and AI-assisted document processing. Gemini 3 Document AI supports automated extraction from rate confirmations and related PDFs. A native driver mobile app (iOS; Android) gives drivers access to loads, status updates, compliance tools, and document uploads from the field. GPS fleet tracking provides real-time visibility across your operation.

Carrier Management (CMS) capabilities include carrier onboarding and active safety compliance checks; rate sheets, insurance records, and contract storage in the Brokerage module (beta); and performance scoring for on-time pickup and delivery rates. Brokerage is currently in beta at $99/month.

EZTMS.io uses a customer-controlled document model: files are organized automatically into your company's Google Drive storage. EZTMS.io does not retain confidential customer documents on its own servers—giving carriers direct ownership and control of their records.
